Shipping & Delivery
Our current delivery method and carrier is USPS and UPS. Our standard orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If an invalid address is provided, a customer service representative may contact you for an alternate address, which may cause a delay in processing your order.
During the holidays our shipping times may vary.
Returns & Replacements
-All items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, with original tags in-tact.
-Full-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.
-Sale merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale merchandise is not eligible for a refund.
For the Refund or Exchange of Online Purchases
1. Send us an email at hello@ibizascarves.com letting us know which items you are sending back and if you wish to receive a refund or exchange. State the reason for the refund/exchange. We will reply to your email with a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 24 - 48 hours.

2. If you are exchanging, let us know which item/color/size you wish to receive in exchange. We will reply to acknowledge the availability of the new items you wish to order.

3. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include a slip of paper with your name, email address, phone number and your Return Authorization Number (RA).

4. Boldly write the Return Authorization Number on the front of the box so that it is easily visible.

5. Mail the package to the address indicated in the confirmation email.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You may opt to use an insured delivery service, as Melilla International, Inc cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.

Melilla International, Inc reserves the right to deny a return or refund is the merchandise does not meet the Return and Exchange Policy.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept credit card and debit card payments as well as PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the United States, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept the following: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

** All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of US taxes, relative to the rules for each state. As we are based in California, in most cases only orders shipped within California will incur tax. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Viewing Orders
We will deliver the goods to the delivery address that you specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details, as we will not be liable if the address that you have given is incorrect. If you have ordered something and it has not arrived within 5-7 business days of your order being processed, please contact us.
You Can Track Your Order in Two Ways:
1. You can also use your tracking number to visit www.ups.com to get the most up-to-date information on your order.
2. You can contact our Customer Service department Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm PST who will be more than happy to provide you with details on your latest order.
