Pre-Production

Our fabric goes through a careful preparation process before being printed or dyed to maximize the color absorption and retention.

Tooling

Printing screens are the heart of the printing process and it is as much about science as about art, we make sure that all our screens are made by experienced craftsman to ensure the highest quality.

Printing

Our scarves are either printed/dyed by hand or by a rotary machine. After this process, they will be carefully cut and sewn according to our specification.

Finishing

In this last step, our scarves are softened to give a comfortable hand touch, steamed to retain the colors permanently, and finally washed to remove the dirt.
